International Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Every book is printed individually for you after your order is placed. Production starts only once your payment is confirmed, which is why orders cannot always be changed or stopped after they are sent to the printer.

Production and transit times shown at checkout, in e-mails or on the order status page are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspection and local handling can extend them.

We only offer tracked services. As soon as your parcel leaves the printer we e-mail you the carrier and the tracking code, and the same details appear on your order status page.

Parcels are shipped on a delivered-duty-unpaid basis. Where customs duties, import taxes or handling fees apply, they are charged by the destination authorities and are payable by the recipient. These charges are not included in the price you pay us and we cannot estimate them in advance.

If you need to cancel, write to us immediately at contato@pianodiretoaoponto.com. Cancellation is only possible while the order has not advanced into production. Once printing has started the order can no longer be stopped.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the book and of the packaging as received. With those photographs we arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost, we open an investigation with the carrier. Once the loss is confirmed we send a replacement or refund your payment in full.

Because each book is printed to order, we ask you to choose carefully. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you remain fully applicable and are not waived or reduced by this policy.

Always contact contato@pianodiretoaoponto.com before sending a book back. Do not return books to the printing facility. Return instructions and a return address are issued case by case, only after we confirm them with you.

Books are printed and dispatched by our production partner in plain, unbranded packaging. Handling and support are provided by us; the address on the parcel is not a private home address.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on your bank or card issuer.
